The real problem

You are not slow at communication. Your workflow is slow.

Replying across languages should not require a browser tab, a manual prompt, and a second round of editing.

01

Too much tab switching

Every message pulls you out of LINE, Slack, Outlook, or your inbox and into a separate AI tool.

02

Too much tone fixing

The first AI answer is rarely ready. You still have to make it polite, natural, shorter, or more customer-friendly.

03

Too much translation friction

Japanese and English business messages need the right nuance. Direct translation is not enough.

ReplyForge turns that process into one hotkey.
How it works

Three steps. No browser tab.

ReplyForge stays inside your existing workflow. Select text, open the panel, insert the result, and keep moving.

01

Select

Highlight any message, draft, or instruction in a Windows app.

02

Press the hotkey

A compact action panel opens with reply, rewrite, translate, extract, context, and clean-formatting actions.

CtrlShiftY
03

Click Insert

Choose the version you want and insert it directly into the field you were already typing in.

Features

Built for high-volume bilingual replies.

ReplyForge is not a generic chatbot shortcut. Each action is designed for the messages professionals send every day.

Smart Reply

Generate ready-to-send response options for incoming messages without writing a prompt.

Rewrite

Change tone instantly: professional, friendly, casual, concise, clearer, or more polished.

Tone control

Japanese Output

Create natural Japanese replies with polite business phrasing when the situation requires it.

English Output

Turn Japanese drafts or internal notes into clear, natural English customer messages.

Context-Aware Replies

Use surrounding conversation context so replies do not sound disconnected from the thread.

Extract Message

Convert internal instructions into customer-facing messages you can actually send.

Key workflow

Ask AI

Ask a custom question about selected text when a predefined action is not enough.

Clean Formatting

Remove odd spacing, line breaks, and hidden characters without sending anything to an API.

Cross-border seller

A buyer asks about shipping. You need a clean answer now.

You sell internationally and handle questions about availability, shipping, duties, and payment. ReplyForge turns rough drafts into customer-ready replies immediately.

With ReplyForge: select your Japanese draft → Ctrl+Shift+Y → "Translate to English" → Insert. Four seconds.

Hey! Is this still available? Can it ship to California?
[Draft, JP] はい、まだ在庫あります。カリフォルニアまで発送できますよ。送料は…
Hi! Yes, still in stock — happy to ship to California. Shipping runs about $14 via standard, 7–10 days. Let me know if you'd like to go ahead!
Team chat — 営業部 Boss → You → Customer
Hi! Quick question on shipping — would you prefer DHL (faster, duties paid on arrival) or standard? Happy to go with whichever works for you.
LINE business owner

An internal instruction needs to become a customer message.

Internal notes are usually written for your team, not for the customer. Extract Message converts the intent into a message that sounds appropriate externally.

With ReplyForge: select the boss's message → "Extract Message" → get a customer-ready English ask. Insert. Done.
Customer support

Your draft is correct, but the tone needs work.

When a customer is frustrated, accurate information is not enough. Rewrite makes the same message clearer, calmer, and easier to receive.

With ReplyForge: select your draft → "Rewrite" → six tones in three seconds. Pick "Friendly." Insert.

[Your draft] Your order shipped on Monday. Tracking shows it's at customs — that's not on us, you'll need to wait.
Hi! Just checked — your order shipped Monday and the tracking shows it's currently in customs. Once it clears, it'll be on its way. Sorry for the wait, customs timing can be unpredictable.

FAQ

Questions before installing.

Does ReplyForge work on Mac?
Not yet. ReplyForge is Windows-only today because the core workflow depends on a native global hotkey and desktop insertion flow. macOS support can be added later.
Which apps does it work in?
Any Windows app where you can select text and type a reply, including LINE Desktop, Slack, Outlook, browsers, document editors, and internal tools.
Do I need to write prompts?
No. The main actions are already tuned for common reply workflows: smart reply, rewrite, translation, context-aware reply, extract message, and clean formatting.
What happens during the trial?
The 14-day trial lets you test the product with managed usage limits. The goal is to confirm the workflow before you commit to a paid plan or bring your own API key.
Why bring my own OpenAI API key after trial?
Bring-your-own-key keeps ongoing AI usage transparent. You can see usage directly in your OpenAI account instead of guessing how much is bundled into a subscription.
Will my customer messages stay private?
AI-based actions need to send selected text to the configured AI provider. Trial requests are routed through ReplyForge for access validation and limits. Local key mode can send requests using your own encrypted key.
Does anything work offline?
Clean Formatting can work offline because it does not require an AI model. Reply generation, rewriting, translation, and context-aware actions require an internet connection.
Can I change the hotkey?
Yes. The default is Ctrl+Shift+Y, and it can be changed in settings.
How is this different from using ChatGPT in a browser?
A browser chatbot requires tab switching, prompt writing, and manual copy-paste. ReplyForge keeps the action inside the desktop app where the message already lives.
Can it match my business tone?
Yes. Business context can be used to guide output with your preferred tone, product details, shipping policy, and example replies.
